Update to our diaper event

FCRNEW is excited to announce a new update for our diaper event!

To better serve the needs of our families, our one-day monthly diaper event previously held on the second Tuesday of the month from 2:30-5:30 PM will now expand to a week-long distribution schedule.

Beginning in March, diaper pickup will take place only during the second week of each month. Families must attend one of the designated distribution times below:

  • Monday: 1:00-2:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 2:00-3:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 3:00-4:30 PM
  • Thursday: 4:00-5:30 PM

To help manage flow and ensure each family receives support, registration is required. Families must sign up using our new online form or call our office to schedule a pickup time. Each time slot has a registration cap, and once a slot is full, it will no longer appear as an available option.

If this is your first time attending our diaper event, families will also need to bring proof of birth for each child receiving diapers (see acceptable documents on our diaper event page). This documentation is only required once so we can fully register your family in our system. This process remains unchanged from before.

Families may also designate someone to pick up diapers on their behalf, just as they have been able to do in the past. Please ensure that the designated individual knows the registered pickup time and the name under which the appointment was made.

Actualización de nuestro evento de pañales

¡FCRNEW se complace en anunciar una nueva actualización de nuestro evento de pañales!

Para atender mejor las necesidades de nuestras familias, nuestro evento mensual de pañales ha cambiado a cuatro días. A partir de marzo, la recogida de pañales se realizará solo durante la segunda semana de cada mes. Las familias deben asistir a uno de los horarios de distribución designados a continuación:

  • lunes – 1:00-2:30 PM
  • martes – 2:00-3:30 PM
  • miércoles – 3:00-4:30 PM
  • jueves – 4:00-5:30 PM

Para facilitar la gestión del flujo de personas y garantizar que cada familia reciba apoyo, es necesario registrarse. Las familias deben inscribirse mediante nuestro nuevo formulario en línea o llamar a nuestra oficina para programar una hora de recogida. Cada horario tiene un límite de espacios.

Si es la primera vez que asiste a nuestro evento de pañales, las familias también deberán traer un comprobante de nacimiento para cada niño que recibirá pañales (consulte los documentos aceptables en nuestra página del evento). Esta documentación solo se requiere una vez para que podamos registrar completamente a su familia en nuestro sistema. Este proceso se mantiene sin cambios.

Las familias también pueden designar a alguien para que recoja los pañales en su nombre, como lo han hecho antes. Asegúrese de que la persona designada conozca la hora de recogida registrada y el nombre con el que se programó la cita.
