Helping Your Teen Cope with Anxiety

Join us to discuss what is anxiety, what might cause your child to feel anxious and how to help them cope with their worries.  Learn how to manage anxiety by using practical strategies, setting a good example, and coaching your teen to become more emotionally resilient!

Our events are a great way to learn new techniques and socialize with other parents/caregivers. Discussions and Workshops are based on specific parenting topics or childhood milestones. We apply the Triple P techniques to these topics. All Triple P events are FREE and facilitated by a licensed Triple P professional.
