Parents play an important role in their child’s self-esteem. Healthy self-esteem gives children confidence in themselves and their ability to be successful when they try to accomplish something. This FREE session will discuss why self-esteem is so important for children, what causes low self-esteem, how to encourage healthy self-esteem, and how to manage negative self-talk.
Participants are able to share their thoughts and experiences in a relaxed group setting.

- Learn parenting tips from a trained professional
