Child Care Provider Appreciation Day

The Friday Before Mother’s Day is Childcare Provider Appreciation Day

“Thank you” to child care providers and early child care educators! We want to share these words from parents and community leaders who are grateful for the dedication to children and families, and recognize the importance of their work for children in northeast Wisconsin.

We are distributing stickers for parents and children to wear on Childcare Provider Appreciation Day. We also want to share stories of great providers in our community.

Parents can also find their own ways to say “thank you” to child care providers by writing a note; buying them coffee, flowers, breakfast or lunch; or organizing a pot-luck.
