During the second week of each month, FCRNEW hosts a FREE Diaper & Resource Event at our office, providing diapers and other items to families. There is no income requirement. A pregnant parent may pick up diapers one month before their due date and children are eligible to receive diapers through December 31 of their sixth birthday. Diapers are limited to one pack per child per household.

Appointments must be scheduled using the online form below or by calling our office. Time slots are limited and close 24 hours before the next day or once full.
Distribution Times:
- Monday: 1:00–2:30 PM
- Tuesday: 2:00–3:30 PM
- Wednesday: 3:00–4:30 PM
- Thursday: 4:00–5:30 PM
If this is your first time attending the diaper event, please bring proof of birth for each child receiving diapers (see the Acceptable Documents tab) at pickup. This documentation is required only once to complete your family’s registration. Once verified, your family will receive a Diaper ID card listing the eligible child(ren).
Families may also designate someone to pick up diapers on their behalf. Please ensure that the designated individual knows the scheduled pickup time, the Diaper ID number(s), and the name under which the appointment was made.
Local organizations are invited to attend to share their resources with the public. This event is a great way to learn about free services offered in Northeast Wisconsin, as well as connect with community groups that can provide support to your family. What Size Do I Need?
Document can be a picture or a hard copy that must have the child's name and birthday. Acceptable documents include:
- Birth certificate
- Footprints certificate
- Passport
- Insurance cards
- Medical records
- Report from the Wisconsin Immunization Registry
- After visit summaries from a doctor appointment

Different brands of diapers have slight variance in terms of fit. A proper diaper fit is snug, not tight on a child. You should be able to comfortably fit two fingers under the waistband of the diaper/pullup.
