Join our team as a full-time Parent Educator!

Family & Childcare Resources of N.E.W. has a rewarding opportunity for an individual to make a difference with families in the Green Bay area as a Parent Educator. This individual will be responsible for planning and delivering family-based programming, specifically Triple P parenting. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working with families facilitating group sessions, but also one-on-one, and virtually via Zoom. This individual should also have knowledge of local community resources.

In order to meet client needs, our Parent Educator will work a schedule that is flexible, which means occasional evenings and weekends. Must have reliable transportation as travel within Brown County is required. Comfort and experience working with a diverse population is necessary. The Parent Educator must be computer literate within the Microsoft Office program suite including Microsoft Teams and have an understanding of databases with the ability to keep up-to-date records and case notes. Must also have a good general knowledge of technology and virtual platforms like Zoom, Skype, etc.

Compensation is based on education and experience. A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Family Education, Psychology, Human Development, or a related field is required for the role of Parent Educator. Experience with family support is preferred.

This is a full time, hourly position. Benefits include Paid Time off; Paid holidays; 15K life insurance policy paid by employer; 3% match retirement program, and a flexible work schedule.

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour

Due to COVID-19, our agency currently has a hybrid team structure of working both in-office and remotely. Triple P is being conducted via Zoom as well as in-person when possible.
